Historians Trained In the Palace Of Timur And Their Opinions About Timur

In the XV century, Timur established a great Turkish state with a capital in Samarkand due to his strong policy and high capacity, and he extended his sphere of power from Khorasan to Baghdad, from Istanbul to Crimea, Moscow and to the shores of France and in the last days of his life, he finally went towards the Chinese wall. Timur had often changed his sides to achieve his goal, and he could manage and succeed the policy game.  He attached importance to the palace life on contrary to the traditional nomadic life, and  made Samarkand, the capital city, into a paradise of the world with its unique architectural works, decorated the palace with science, wisdom and civilization, and transferred some wises, scholars and historian from territories conquered to his palace.
His famous historians who grew up in his palace were brought from Samarkand at young ages as follows;  İbni Arabshah from Damascus, Nizameddin-i Shami from Baghdad and Mawlana Sharafeddin Ali Yazdi from Yezd region of Iran, and they were introduced to wise and famous scholars. When famous historian Ibni Arabshah, who grew up in the palace of Timur, came from Samarkand to the Ottoman lands and then returned to his land and met there  as a stranger, he castigated Timur by writing his work "Ajaibu'l-Maqdur Fî Nawâib-I Timur" Unlike İbni Arabşâh, Nizameddin-i Shami and Sharafeddin-i Ali Yazdi, two other famous historians, who grew up in his palace, wrote  Zafernâma and praise Timur and his activities to the skies.
