"Why is Afghanistan like this? What is it in Afghanistan? Why does it insist on eastern and western Afghanistan so much?" It was written with the intention of finding answers to questions such as, even partially, and shedding light on the questions that people have not asked.

The book, which we make use of Persian, Turkish and English sources, consists of an introduction and four main chapters. In the first part of the work, the general history of Afghanistan and the struggle for domination of Afghanistan between the years 1809-1919 of the British who were trying to occupy India and put Afghanistan into the field of interest, and the three great wars between the British and Afghans and the independence struggles of the Afghans in 1919 are explained in detail. It has been evaluated. In the second part of the work, Russia's struggle for dominance in Afghanistan, which is the representative of the eastern bloc, the giants of the west in the region, which clashes with states such as Britain and America, is widely covered. The Russians, who occupied Turkistan in the northern part of the country and made it a field of interest, did not give up their Afghanistan dream like the British. In this context, the Russians did not stand idly by the date when the British began to turn to the region and tried to intervene in the country with various excuses. Especially after 1973, they searched for ways of occupation by entering into hot contact. The support given by the USA to the Mujahideen against the Russians, the emergence of the Taliban, and the US occupation of the country after September 11, 2001 were evaluated in detail. In this direction, the dire consequences of the western occupation that has continued until today and the predictions about the future are emphasized. In the fourth part, the position of Afghanistan Turks, their political organizations, the Junbish Party, Raşit Dostum and other political organizations of the Afghan Turks were mentioned under the shadow of the struggle for domination of the east and west.
